Yes. Mac Virtual Display is built for a Mac close by—Apple requires both devices within about 10 meters (30 feet).2 PocketRocket connects over the internet,3 so your Mac at home or at the office opens in a window wherever you are. When your Mac is in the room, Mac Virtual Display is built in and excellent.
Session windows are 16:9 and scale from 1600 × 900 to 9600 × 5400 points. Your Mac gets a virtual display with the same proportions, so there are no black bars, and PocketRocket remembers the size you chose for each connection. The stream runs at up to 60 frames per second, and Apple Vision Pro displays it at 90 Hz.
