# Use your Mac with Apple Vision Pro, from anywhere

A world away. Right in front of you.

PocketRocket brings your whole Mac into your space—even when the Mac stayed home and you didn’t.

Requires visionOS 26 or later and PocketRocket Host on a Mac with Apple silicon and macOS 26.1 or later. The PocketRocket app is coming soon to the App Store.

## Get the highlights.

- Your whole Mac. In a window you can place anywhere.
- From 1600 × 900 to 9600 × 5400 points.
- Pinned in your space. There when you turn back.
- Remembers its size for every Mac.
- Displayed at 90 Hz. Streamed at up to 60 fps.
- Unlock your Mac with Optic ID.

## Can I use my Mac with Apple Vision Pro when it isn’t nearby?

*Out of range. Still within reach.*

Yes. Mac Virtual Display is built for a Mac close by—Apple requires both devices within about 10 meters (30 feet). PocketRocket connects over the internet, so your Mac at home or at the office opens in a window wherever you are. When your Mac is in the room, Mac Virtual Display is built in and excellent.

## How big can the window be?

*Desk-sized to wall-sized.*

Session windows are 16:9 and scale from 1600 × 900 to 9600 × 5400 points. Your Mac gets a virtual display with the same proportions, so there are no black bars, and PocketRocket remembers the size you chose for each connection. The stream runs at up to 60 frames per second, and Apple Vision Pro displays it at 90 Hz.

### Take a closer look.

Drag the corner of the window, or use the slider.

## It stays where you put it.

Pin the window in your space and look away. Your Mac is right there when you turn back.

## Another Mac. Another window.

Open another Mac in another window, right from the name above the one you’re using. Each window connects to a different Mac.

Mac Virtual Display connects to one Mac at a time. With PocketRocket, the Mac at home and the Mac at the office can sit side by side in your space.

## Unlocked at a glance.

Save your Mac password once. It’s released only after Optic ID and typed at the login window over the encrypted connection.

## For your eyes only.

While you’re connected, the displays of your Mac go dark at home, and your work appears only in Apple Vision Pro.

## Hear it, too.

The sound of your Mac streams in stereo alongside the picture, with a buffer that adapts to your connection.
